I believe any problem that presents in life is a simple stand-in for deeper issues - issues that are often so enmeshed into one's own personality that their (eventual) resolution (aka transformation) requires a disintegration of self (literally, a dis-integration), and a subsequent rebuilding of the self.

They need to see visual signs that your place is transforming.

You transformed it wonderfully and I am really grateful for you sharing this success story!

Now the city is transforming into a service-based economy with health care, finance, and logistics, including an Amazon distribution center.   

The humans that run them fight fires and when there is a fire with new regulation that hits the bottom line, they put out that fire and run leaner.The corporate tax rate dropping 14% is a transformational change. 

@Max Briggs Following your investing formula, how long would it take to transform 300k into 1 million, just following your average projections minus commissions?

Basically their story is box department stores and apparel is on the way out and they are leasing to new types of tenants.I also think slide 14 does a good job of summarizing the transformation.

So I don't think I'd be happiest just finding deals and not having any part of the transformation of the home.
