I also believe the general sentiment is that you get the opportunity to walk the house and visually see the square footage, so it’s buyer beware.

This program was fantastic to help us visualize 3 different options that we came up with and made the decision much easier.We were able to easily move walls around, move doors, change cabinets, counters, appliances, etc.

I believe in writing goals down and am a huge fan of visualization.

It's nice because it has a graph which is a visual way for me to see where we need to cut back.

There are def visual markers.  

Panic again, visualize the split copper pipes and 33 degree water raining into the crawl space3.

I will be removing all flooring, carpet, tile etc... so I will check the sub-floor, baseboards, lower sections of drywall etc for visual staining.  

Just a couple ideas to improve the website, maybe you could put before and after pictures of some of the houses you fixed up to give a visual.

It's nice and visual just as you'd expect an online app to be.
