I wish I could hire people to do scouting, but the investigator from the department of commerce said if he would find out that I'm being a licensed broker pay to unlicensed person to do scouting, he would fine me 10k, plus revoke the license.

I only mentioned this, because I have seen many contractors use unlicensed helpers on the job who are NOT covered under Workmans Comp which can be a liability issue if they are hurt on the job.

These laws will make wholesaling without a RE License illegal and known unlicensed wholesalers may receive cease and desist notice as there only warning... not sure when it will become official but I was told it may be as early as this summer.
