If the numbers make sense I'm willing to buy in area that is not currently desirable but has potential such as ample transportation and within close proximity to major city projects and upgrades and is in proximity to a trendy area.

Driving all over the place can wear on you mentally, physically, and financially.I would focus on neighborhoods with good access to local amenities and transportation.

Can someone transport me back to 2010?

Upper West Side, prime neighborhood, top public schools, great proximity to everything including transportation.  

The building is in a prime location with good access to schools, colleges, public transport, marketplace and other amenities.

I had only been thinking in terms of proximity, love the suggestion of looking near transportation routes, or hot spots. 

We have a ton of corporate relocations (mercedes, rubbermaid), great infrastructure, decent transportation and a business friendly govenment all adding to our growth.  

Near ( walking distance ) to public transportation is a plus.  

You'll need need an administrator, a director of nursing and nurses to dispense medication, nursing assistants, provide three meals a day, provide activities and transportation and pay the staff for providing all of these "assisted services".
