Like anything in life- some guests are fantastic people and renew my faith in the STR system as well as humanity, some seem like they are from another planet and have insane expectations.Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

In other words, *not* having a license didn't stop us from taking action, not matter where we have been on Planet Earth. 

Make the old listing seem like it is somewhere on the other side of the planet and totally unrelated to the new listing before you disable/delete it 😉

Do you know if its toxic to humans?

There are people that buy wetlands, and toxic waste sites for that matter, but if you aren't one of them, pass.
