Not having the cash just ups the bar on how creative you have to be to put something together.  

It is found in the guru narrative and bar stool banter.  

Don't take more than 3 minutes to design this card 99.9% of them will be put in the trash can or left on a bar.

Barring the ability to pick up a cheap place in a good spot, I try to get the vibe of the neighborhood.  

And it wouldn't make sense to risk my Bar license and friendships to try to screw over my partners.

To keep the space profitable we think designating a space to storage units or opening a restaurant/bar in one of the buildings may be ideal for monthly income.At this time we are contacting local organizations to see if they would be interested in having their events at this facility.

Or do we just use the search bar to find forums where members mention the word "realtor" in a specific location?
