Who uses a thermal camera to look for water leaks.

I'm all ears if you have anything else to teach.I do drone and camera work for properties, if we are in the same area.

Investing a few thousand dollars in a high quality video surveillance system upfront will make the tenants feel better about deterring porch pirates and people breaking into cars, etc.I would love to see some of the 4plex type units built as townhouses for individual ownership. 

I want to ask do you use cameras?

We are having the system jetted so we can get a camera down there today.

We have a 14 unit garden style complex and want to put up some wifi cameras for security purposes.

Can anyone give me some opinions and reviews on Camera Surveillance systems for a 7 unit apartment complex?

And we're still looking at camera/security systems to see what's best.

Drones and cameras cannot get into tight areas to see if the flashing is correct....that's one of the biggest issues ...
