We are looking at buying a park model home and land.

The next thing I know I am assigned one of his "land experts" to contact in case I have any questions about the land flipping gig he is running.

I have a big plot of land I want to sell in Mixtlan that I inheritated and I need to find out how much it is worth.

Though, I mainly work with mobile homes as personal property (not attached to land) not real property (attached to land).

So, they get some cash and title to the land after demo. 

You should get tons of interest from there, as long as it's in good shape and not way overpriced.

@Arlyssa WarnerAs mentioned a mobile home is not real estate - with it being in a community where they don’t own the land it’s the equivalent of buying a car.

In the mobile home investing space, I've found the best source of information for market insight are the park manager and/or owners (if you're buying in a park) and mobile home dealerships (if buying out on land) as well as real estate agents who specialize in the niche. 

@Mohsin Mazhar- thanks and sorry for the situation ....If you can sell the properties without  taking a loss  on them - I would recommend selling ...the  situations you describe will definitely continue  over time ...in one shape or another .   

With the recent zoning changes happening, often times the land value can be quite a bit.
