Look at job creation corridors in louisville as most big growth is along 65 between fern valley exit and Brooks exit past Gene Snyder and just across the new east end bridge into Indiana for Amazon/Walmart warehouses as well as ford plant.

If you can get a 4 unit and a basement, that would be ideal and create major cash flow and equity creation, plus you can not worry about a property manager and boost your yield.

Having said that, as long as your link building activities are well distributed, a few bad directory links won't hurt you.But I agree with the content creation.  

All of this assumes streamlined software and iterated hardware to reduce the creation time, but this future is not far off.You could do some of the tagging stuff with AR, right now if you are walking through the actual house.
