Nothing keeping them from taking the money and never doing the work.I only paid them for placing the signs and gas.

I’d keep an eye out because we are about to get hit by weakness from COVID-19 plus an Oil and Gas heavy state as well as an aerospace heavy state.

Let's assume:nothing is brokennothing is amazingall major items are "fine" (it doesn't need a NEW roof, but no major leaks)no poolno car ports or garageno dog parkmixed units 1/1, 2/1 and 700-850 sq'water, gas are billed If you are about to answer this with a: "Well it all depends on the circumstance, no two properties are alike." please move on.

We don't have the oil and gas exposure like Houston and no hurricanes/flooding.

I even factor in a couple of car/gas charges because I'll be driving to the property a few times too. 

I'm sure that cost over $500 in gas.

If possible drive around the community and look at how many houses have two electric or gas meters.

If at all possible choose underground electric and gas delivery.

If you get one that focuses on Oil & Gas or Farming, for example, you could be worse off than you are now.
