What sort of requirements are there for a construction loan?

I started at 55 y. o. and I seem to have similar values and similar motivations and similar recent events in my life to you.

It sort of is, but a lot of work doesn't come directly from title companies.

I believe the seller is motivated to sell and it’s been on the market for 6+ months now.

@Don Konipol I'm not sure what sort of questions you've been getting, but why recommend this book?

I typically only work with people I already know but I do get a lot of calls on my listings from strangers about various things (unrepresented buyers wanting to make an offer, sellers looking to list a similar property, all sorts of scammers and salespeople, etc.). 

Asking them to relocate is a big ask, moving sucks but money motivates. 3) You sell it occupied.

It's sort of passive investing vs active investing. 

I guess I’m just not cut out for that sort of drama, so this cycle I just took my marbles and went home.

In fact, many of theme just sort of fell backwards into it.
