I literally JUST took a few CPEs on it so it was burned into my mind.

Unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to flush down the toilet, I'd stay away and use whatever your tight budget is on marketing. 

I'm an agent and I remember when I first started, I was with a primarily residential oriented company & I attempted to explain syndications to my broker and he literally said, "I have no idea what you're talking about." haha...

So the notion or guidance is literally foreign to her.

I literally just saw this post doing some research and figured I'd sign up to bigger pockets to address some of these questions. 

I don't think we know where it will all flush out.. but in the short term it will hurt sales as folks will be afraid of the unknown.
