VRBO integration is 🚮, taxes are constantly incorrect, channel commission wrong.  

This actually helps me narrow down my search for properties that meet my goals and clears up a lot of noise.

I have been to 2 local meetings and have joined quite a few FB groups.

So even if I feel charitable, each unit should bring it at least $1500 which she can not even meet.

This doesn't meet the definition of being an investor either.
