Hi Daniel,I recommend reading Buy then Build for all the steps in the process.

We would prefer to not sue and make the overall process as non-litigious as possible.

Let me know if there is any more information I can provide, I have had this kinda dumped on me and am scrambling to understand what this process is and how I can help my parents out.

I feel like it’ll help clients feel more in control of the process, especially when they have busy schedules.Right now, I’m actively looking for ways to connect with new buyers and sellers without going overboard on spending.

Any attempt to short-cut the process is going to hurt you.Figure out a side hustle to raise more money.

And if you haven’t already you can start putting systems in place to help automate the process of management.

Tough part with VA loans is they are still similar to FHA loans and can be a more strict appraisal process.

The process for getting a DSCR is nearly the same with an AirBnb as it would be if you had a long-term tenant in place, the main difference is just underwriting the cash flow.
