Hey Allante,Awesome to see you getting into investing.I'd say start with residential to get a feel,then move to commercial once you’re comfortable.

I love the greasy feel, the smell of cash, the reminder it gives me of my misspent youth and what I would have done with all that beautiful cash back when I was young and stupid.

And although the expenses you stated feel like they're doable, these are only the expenses that you are currently aware of.
