I truly enjoy the podcast along with the online forums.

It was a good experience though and I actually enjoyed talking with people (I’m normally bad at that and it got me out of my comfort zone).I made the decision to get my license.

I can't focus on finding and acquiring new properties if I am chasing tenants for rent and unclogging toilets.I think the only reason NOT to have a property manager is if you are househacking and living in the property, or live within a short drive of all your properties and enjoy doing maintenance and chasing rent checks.

I'm enjoying 20-50% returns in South Augusta/Hephzibah right now and loving it. 

While Hawaii didn't work out, i've since lost 90lbs, converted to Catholicism, found somewhat enjoyable full time employment that lets me put in a generous amount of overtime (Last week I worked 65 hours and on average 55+ hours a week, I haven't had a day off in months), started to tackle overwhelming student loan debt, volunteer, well...you get the idea. 

Real estate is my side gig just because I enjoy it.

I stumbled upon BP through You Tube about 3 months ago and have been hooked ever since. { I do enjoy the ribbing between Josh and Brandon} Not sure if there are many BP folks way up here but it would sure be great to meet some like minded Rich Dad Poor Dad fans.
