They can find someone else if they don't like my offer and most of the time they don't.What wholesalers need to realize is that they are not the scum of the Earth.

They are subject to the same forces of wear and tear as everything else on Earth: they may be tough, but they cannot remain in good condition without human support.

They are a waste of God's green earth with a spot in hell waiting to singe all their hateful lieing ways from existence. 

:) I was broke when I started buying 20 years ago......I agree with Bill, If the deal cash flows and the money is there, I would buy the earth :) If I had saved my way to prosperity, I would be working like a dog right now instead of watching my kids play in the pool as I type this.

Earth tones and neutrals (although not white except for accents)  are usually most suitable.

I saw her at a REI meeting in Minneapolis and she seemed pretty down to earth and real considering she is sort of a guru.
