Both of these water leaks damaged the kitchen base cabinets (brand new and installed in Aug 2017) resulting in moldly cabinets along the inside bases, damaged water resistance vinyl laminate floors in kitchen, damage to living room wood laminate floors, and a bedroom with moldy carpet due to leak from the the hole in bath tub.  

Also if you know what it take to repair something then when you own a hundred doors you stand a better chance of not getting ripped off if you choose to pay someone to make the repair.  

Have a plot of land that has a house on it, around 800k range, but would want to tear it down and build a new construction to make a few hundred K profit (as many do in this suburb).

I didn’t build a team even with a couple hundred units.
