We could have just given him a 30-day notice to terminate the lease and finish at that once we knew he was problematic.The fixes required to get the condo in shape were above $200 which is the threshold over which they are required by contract to get my approval and they didn't.Some of the repairs done to the condo were performed poorly and cost a lot.In general, I know I did a bad job of keeping on eye on them but I feel that the way they have been managing my condo was negligent at best.

I rate this property as a C/C-.The home is very old (Pre-1900) and the photos suggest a property that may be sound mechanically but certainly not finished well or pleasant inside.

Assuming it's finished in time, and you are able to show it and sign the lease before you leave, you have to have everything in place for their arrival.

hi Noe,Thanks for replying as of right now they have 16 units rented and they are gonna finish the renovation in a month or so what they tell me is they will have 85% of the units rented with in that time frame they dont have a management company in place and i would have to get one  taxes are 15k and insurance is 12k  that is all i have on the numbers at the moment.

Hello BP,I've used General Finish Java stain on my personal home and it turned out wonderful, however the drying time can be 3-4 hours and that's if you put it in the sun to dry.
