However what makes this difficult is (1) most title agencies won’t do double closings, i.e., they want the first buyer to come up with the money to close and then want the second buyer to come up with his money to close, and (2) most lenders won’t allow the borrower to base his loan amount on the purchase price, they MIGHT be willing to base the loan amount on YOUR purchase price (seasoning).
