You push or pull the new wire and cable TV wire with it into the box without cutting the wall.If you have to make a small cut at the ceiling you can sometimes cover it with new molding without tearing the whole wall up as well.Surface mounted systems are around but I don't think I would ever use it in a residence.Guys like Robert can be even more creative with how they pull wire without tearing up a wall.Good Luck.

I do like that idea.I was already thinking of including a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall to give it an edge (it's a trend that student rentals include one in the area).Do you usually include all the utilities in one bill?

If this is the property in Rocky Mount, you are unlikely to get your target price of $16k when the current owner paid $16.5k just five months ago, and now they have some carrying costs into with taxes and insurance.

Disregarding some of the post that you received concerning drug use there are a lot of high-end areas in the Poconos near the Mount Airy Lodge which is super expensive and a big draw because of the casino.
