I live on the westside and there are 10+ identical units on my block.

When I first moved here in 02 from Kansas City, I went from about $1000 in taxes to almost $3000 for an almost identical house.

We looked at two last summer - identical builds, constructed in 1969 & 1970, 24-units each.

One question, I did some research on using the direct deposit and there's a saying that you need to be careful of the identity theft. do you think there's a risk or it only applys to personal account?

I said I wanted to be certain we had the same person, because there can be multiple individuals with identical names, so did he have anything in the application that would be unique like SSN.

Because an email is sent to the tenant to verify their identity, they do not have to verify that you are a landlord - just sign up and submit an application.

I am a 54 year old(young) man  just recently separated from my wife, my two boys are grown and now have their own lives, which has thrown me into this present crisis of identity and purpose.
