so, this evening as i spoke to my wife about a property i have found that i am interested in.

Well my guy that I helped found it on Facebook marketplace the guy was only asking $9,000 and I basically told him I liked it I wanted it and the seller tried to play the smooth saying I've got a bunch of buyers and the price went up and I basically told him to take it or leave it and I bought it for 10,000 bucksHow did you finance this deal?

Found a deal on a Duplex that owner is offering owner financing.As a possible buyer of a duplex that is being offered with Owner financing.

That’s interesting…I feel like the plumber would have found if it was feminine products or wipes.

She found out they were trying to cut her out of the deal, the owner will delay things till the agency agreement expires.

As an agent and investor in this area for a number of years, I have also found that this trend and what the article was explaining, was pretty accurate. 

Has anyone found a better way to analyze a deal for STR? 

I've found multi-family pencils out best from what Ive seen.
