As a landlord, I have dealt with MANY SCUMBAGS, druggies, and criminals.

If your contract can't survive all kinds of mishaps, not only can you lose money, but you can easily end up losing big money or even end up with a criminal record, even if you had good intentions.

They all seem to "market" the property or just a room at a much higher rate per square foot than what the tenant could get on the open market, but because they have a criminal issue involved and that, in some cases, they are court ordered to stay at such properties, they seem to become cash cows for all kinds of organizational needs.Most all of them also take all other benefits the tenant is entitled to, food stamps and educational benefits (by providing classes at a local private trade school, like ITT) they charge for transportation too!.

To bad for him it didn't turn out so well.Apparently the evidence against him was so overwhelming that he eventually pleaded "true" to the charges of criminal trespass and criminal damaging.

Its not a criminal matter, and you get sent to jail or prison for criminal matters.It is a civil matter.
