I've been seeing a lot of posts on here about investing in Columbus due to its expansion in the tech industry.

I am trying to get into the real estate industry as one of my main income sources, however I don't want to take a slow and steady approach as a goal to finally retire comfortable at 50.

This in my opinion is one of the biggest problems with the industry.

Lot of people may leave the industry.

That makes sense...I was trying to think of a more creative way for people to get a start in the industry rather than the random requests for clients they throw out online. 

By doing this, you may optimize leverage and maybe raise your return on investment.In the real estate industry, having patience is crucial, but you also need to act.
