I took the full time plunge at the end of 2014/beginning of 2015 and have found that scale moves at a much faster clip rate when you dedicate 100% to it.  

Knowing that your PM is 100% or 50% dedicated to being a PM is important to know.

Well, unless you are the extraordinarily rare person, blessed with unwavering focus, free from distraction and resistance, I don't think you can "shoot for the moon" without setting small, incremental, and achievable goals.

There are websites dedicated to sale of used manufactured homes.

You are among the very few that succeed that way, so you must have a high degree of drive and dedication, and 2) People do have a higher chance of success with a coach or mentor that works with them over a period of time (1 year) and has weekly meetings.  

Luckily those who are genuine and are truly committed will prosper because they are not looking for a Quick way.as with anything in life it is the dedication, commitment and especially time invested that will yield results. how high you climb falls on other things.

After reading about real estate investing in my spare time for the last few years of school, i've decided to dedicate a larger portion of my time taking action with the relatively little knowledge i have acquired while i continue to keep my learning curve steep.

Perhaps, investors could get a plaque dedicated to them in a local park, etc. 

I hope to get a dedicated cell phone just for this purpose.
