I am in a position where I am actively looking to complete my first investment purchase. 

Knowledge is great but in my opinion it’s useless if you’re not actively using it, and it could be very dangerous if you’re accessing wrong or old information to solve new problems. 

That's why I stress the importance of building a relationship first.

I already sent the video (You see screenshots of a video) to my plumbers and handyman but just wanted to be Pro-Active and put it in the forums for any thoughts of what this could be so I can kind of get an idea of what this could be and the fix.If possible, could you please list your opinions on what could have cause this also?

@Joe Scaparra you are pretty much spot on in your assumptions, though while I do not have any experience in real estate beyond purchasing primary residences, I am actively working on buying my first rental property (in another state).

It seems good for me being passive but as active as I want to be by asking questions and staying in the loop.
