At the time my rate was like 4% and now it’s 10% so agreed with everyone else I wouldn’t do it for long term stuff, but then again I know people who do and it doesn’t seem to bother them so I guess it’s more how comfortable you feel

Also, if they are expecting I have the cash to back up the offer, but I turn around and say, “Hey, my funding isn’t ready yet,” or it falls through completely, they’d probably feel a little bamboozled and unhappy.

I was a foster child who put myself through college on my own, and I have relied on some good friends for a place to stay as I grew up, which has motivated me to create a better life for myself.I have done a lot of research on real estate, and from my perspective, it seems as if wholesaling, which I feel my sales skills may help with, would be a good place to start to make some extra money to speed up the investing process.
