Note: I  *SUSPECT* that this is a scam.

They see a get rich quick scam take take the plunge.

Careful, a common scam is to offer a property that the person doesn't own for a super great price, and just needs a deposit to "hold it" until a proper closing can occur, and they don't want to use lawyers or title companies. 

Hello BP,My best friend and I attended a 3-day real estate "class", long story short we were scammed out of $1000.

They are counting on the fact that out of town investors have little recourse, however, the growing number of investors who have been scammed are banding together and will seek legal recourse.  

I fell for this scam artist's proposal and invested $35,000 for a supposed fix and flip in NJ.

Is this a gurus scam or a legit investor wanting to help?

i just wonder after my experience with broken promises and committments if it is a scam or not.you decide what is best for you but before my head hits a pillow tonight the BBB will have heard from me.
