I'm very interested in this areas as well since currently living in Seattle, i could see it would help a lot with getting more affordable (and creative) housing options here.I have good relationship and contacts with a large container manufacturer in Vietnam which builds and customizes the container homes. 

I'd want someone to have my back.Second, if I were to "forget" to mention those kinds of things, my reputation would be in the toilet as fast as you can say "Yelp".I'd bet most good agents would do exactly the same thing.

@Michael Plante Check with the mobile home dealerships in the area as well as your local manufactured housing association.

They'll buy more and you'll develop a good reputation. 

They have a decent reputation and have been around for awhile so am not too scared about that but just first time dealing with a PM.

That's a play there, but land is so expensive now that unless you buy it years in advance, your upside potential is going to be limited.You might have some luck with manufactured park development as there's a growing need for that product, yet it's not sexy and so no one focuses on it.

Using referrals and reviewing testimonials can help make sure you are working with a reputable provider.
