That's the bottom line, is the consideration given usual and customary with respect to the risks and rewards of the parties contracting to do something?

We already have numerous rental properties and hope to continue to grow it, but there is no way we can put all of our capital into homes in the next year or two.

So here I am in real estate to seek more financial rewards.
