I listen to several real estate or financial related podcasts:Epic Real Estate Investing, Planet Money, Freakonomics Radio, Money for the Rest of Us, Listen Money Matters, and of course both BP podcasts

If you knew the clientele that these RN's have to work with, you would understand why they get burned out and choose to leave for greener pastures. 

As others have pointed out, if you take away their business or put heat on them, they may scurry off to greener pastures.

My vision would be a close knit community living a "greener" life than most.

Once the creators of the big government nanny state make conducting business in their own city prohibitive they leave for greener pastures and take their destructive politics with them.  

But we don't chase the "highest returns possible" - like the grass is greener on the other side, there is alway a higher ROI in that one property 3 States away.   

Grass is not always greener.
