There are plenty of bad seeds out there and you have to weed out many bad ones to find the good seeds.

Seed Capital is one of the biggest challenges for investors.

We are all passionate about REI but at times are greatest value as investor is patience..watching seeds grow..but we also need hustlers people with time, is that you?

Essentially, I, the investor will not see my share of the proceeds from the sales because it rolls into the the new deal as my seed money.  

The most humorous part about this deal was the walk thru was done with a local realtor and the 55 year old son was IN the property surrounded by pot seeds and beer cans...
