It's a shame when someone falls flat on their face, "forgets" to pay the IRS and then needs to search for money and scape goats and starts to point fingers but it's part of the lovely open forums and social media we all have access to so do your own due diligence.

While on the subject, any tips for ensuring (as best as possible) that I am able to secure a tenant(s) into the other units as soon after closing as possible?

I just purchased a 6 bedroom across the street and I'd like to end up with three listings:-9 Bedroom (both properties)-3 Bedroom (original property)-6 Bedroom (new property)I'm looking for tips from anyone that has successfully done this.
