Yeah, but when you see major department and grocery stores closing and the new tenants are thrift shops,  it doesn't appear to me that the commercial real estate market is doing very well.

I hope he is your ex pm and you have advised him as a client of his he has a fiduciary relationship and his word and acts might have some consequences when you contact the Alaska department of real estate, if property managers are required to be licensed in Alaska.

Most probably the roofing crew will come in the morning and depart your property at 5pm leaving you with a new roof.

If you try to go around them it will end up costing you dearly!
