It's totally changed my son's reading experience too -- text-to-digital-voice just doesn't communicate meaning the same way that an actual human narrator does. 

Hi @Desmond Alexander,Without putting to fine a point on it, the problem you are facing is a family communication problem not a Real Estate problem.

I would think if you have tenants that you keep it would be wise to talk to them about it, communicate it and see how you go. 

It sounds like the PM was trying to do a quick, lower cost job to save money, and while it didn't meet your expectation, I feel it could have been prevented with better communication.

These are buyers that communicate with me, make the transaction process smooth and don't nitpick me, and are serious about investing- not just viewing properties and making lowball offers.
