It’s more economically effective to subsidize the people you are trying to help then to put an expensive but unseen compliance burden of the supplier as it adds inherent economic inefficiencies.

@Kendra Mattson I live in California and know some OH and IND reputable turn key suppliers. 

This would be like you buying a Ford car and every time something went wrong Ford would just blame their suppliers and then blame you saying that you weren't educated enough about the automobile supply chain.

I could see if you always moved cases of a product as a supplier for 30 years, that you would do mental math in “cases” as it would be natural to you (a case could be 20, 24, 30, etc.). 

Have her pick out a paint color from your paint supplier and some LVP from your flooring supplier.

I could not find a stone supplier that would do a job under $1000 because of the fixed costs of measurements, cutting the sink, and installation.

House some larger storage tanks for waste that you could have pumped.3) Find a business (excavator, plumbing, granite supplier) and trade on-site "night security" in exchange for a spot to park and use of the bathroom/shower inside the facility.

Mother Nature, permitting, contractors, suppliers.  

My PM also knows local contractors and specialists, so when something does come up, he has more bargaining power than I would, and is able to recommend reputable suppliers.
