Once its in your blood you just can't fight it!

I just want to sieze an opportunity to work hard and earn what i can within the real estate realm because i definitely dont want to invest my blood, sweat and time into working for some company that has me by the balls my entire life.

You can't get blood out of a turnip (and the tenant knows it).

I feel your pain - - my physical damages alone were $9,500 not counting lost rents.However, after 19yrs, I've learned that you can't squeeze blood out of a rock - - such tenants have nothing to attach or garnish and if they do, then the lousy $100 per month will never pay off for you. 

As soon as I hear that my blood boils; they've just wasted an hour of my time.

I too would like to be able to take a thinner deal, if it were tax free.

I guess its nice to have an easy way out by trying to next best thing but honestly it just takes a little bit of sweat blood and tears.

I'll tell you why, these knuckleheads left the most important concept out - to a successful business - "IT'S THE MARKETING"Marketing is the "BLOOD TO ANY BUSINESS"think about it - I heard of a marketing degrees, but i never heard of a fix n flip degree The marketing plan (strategy) alone - can easily take up a 3 day seminar!!

Well yeah.. blood is thicker than... water!

Seems like much too rich for my blood. $1,050 rent cannot support $90k/door before rehab.
