Local data, no influence or blurred lines between things all popular sites do with MLS data...for example, an SFR is 1-4 units for most every MLS and Zillow and the likes...but this is crazy...an SFR behaves very differently from a 2-4 unit property on every level...so, anything that is publicly available is largely inaccurate.

Unless your local market is thriving and not behaving like the rest of the country, this is not the very best time to subdivide and install lots of new houses.If you have a lot of new people moving in to your town, and there is no excess of inventory, then that is a different situation.Since it takes a long time in my location to get a subdivision platted and approved, the local builders are still doing their legal ground work to get separate lots.

Which as with any search you will be having to sort through properties, as even if there was a magical criteria you could click to sort out anything that isn't a flip opportunity, you are counting on listing agents to properly list their properties, which isn't always the case.
