You can get that rate with a 70 LTV, 5-year prepay, 720 FICO, and 1-2 other properties owned without forking $2000 up front. 

However, if you have a reason to refinance (lower rate, more cash out) then it would be a much safer bet to get a DSCR loan and refinance into your LLC.

Even if the rate was 0%, that is not the type of investment I seek.  

I don't think condo hotel rates will drop over the next 20 years.

.: @Travis Boyd you’ll lose more in interest rate increases, potential property taxes increases, realtor commission and other transaction costs than you’ll pay on any future cap gain taxes.
