But if you are looking to advance in RE investment theory, you need to know what kind of investment you want to do... couple of books I have are - 'How to make big money investing without cash or credit' by David Finkel (if I remember right) and 'A Rehabber's Tale' by one of our BP members - Richard J Warren.If you are talking Stocks/Bonds - best book EVER (in my opinion) is - 'The Intelligent Investor' by Sir Ben Graham (Warren Buffet's Guru in Stocks/Bonds).Hope that helps.CheersRam

Check out Ben Humble CEO on Instagram, he’s based out of Windsor and has made a very profitable career from real estate investing - I stumbled across his profile and that’s why I’m here now! 

I think this "tale" seems like a terrificly unsophisticated sales pitch to prompt an investor to utilize leverage, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate for whatever asset he is thinking of acquiring.

Given a choice they would rather sit by the pool and surf on Instagram.

I've been networking like crazy on instagram and trying to continue the momentum into 2021 so I can hopefully launch into more real estate investing.

I have no inside information on the matter.Mark Ferguson, one of BP's authors, is pretty transparent about his income sources on his Instagram.

If it's a listing that has been on the market for a long time (90+ days), it might be a tell-tale sign that there are big problems because of structures, wiring, or plumbing not according to code.
