@Maria TeoMost tenants feel landlords are greedy and the reason for their high housing costs for rent or to buy an affordable home is because we (greedy investors-in their eyes) keep snapping up all the properties to rent out to these people who just can’t seem to get ahead.

It is very possible to make 1% a day as a day-trader if you ate disciplined and create a plan as outlined in those sources above.I can also cherry pick investments and numbers to show massive returns whereas you picked overweight tech stocks that were destined for a pull back.
