I’ve been working in the Oklahoma real estate market, and I’ve noticed that every investor whether they’re flipping, buying rentals, or wholesaling faces different challenges depending on their strategy.For those of you investing in OKC, Tulsa, or other areas in the state, what’s been your biggest hurdle lately?

They all say they will be on the lookout for me, and they are experienced realtors.I did however get one from here, bigger pockets, and this realtor hasn't worked with investors before, butis asking me to sign a contract so I am working with them exclusively.The reason I am asking what to do, is because this realtor with the contract is very new, but I heard that most realtors will ask you to sign one if theyre serious.

It was the worst house in the best location. 5 acres just above a lake outside of a desired town.

I am new to real estate investing and looking to connect with any local investor.

@Collin StewartSince you're PCSing to Columbia, SC, and have VA loan entitlement remaining, house hacking a small multifamily with a VA loan is a strong option since it requires zero down.

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.
