When we built condos we would get warranty complaints which included the wolf oven took to long to heat up (though it was taking the time it mentioned in the manual), that the dual flush toilets do not work (I had to get a letter from Kohler about how much you know what is typicaly in a flush and what it could handle)....

I don't think you need to have this person act as a "dual agent" per se.Said middle man just need to make a flat fee or percentage rate of the sale agreement with the buyer, then introduce you to he/she.

Also above ground, I could show you one of my properties where a tree branch literally grew around a high voltage electric wire; it was cut off on both sides and now there is just the branch stump hanging off the wire which goes through it ...
