Evicting a tenant that pays on time every month and is not disturbing other tenants? 

Many of realtor dot com homes also say "don't disturb tenant"How do I know the property is not a complete dump?  

I can issue a three day quit notice for being a nuisance and disturbing the other tenants (can't prove the drugs) so that is my strategy at this point.

It is a nice apartment good people there this is disturbing.  

A lot of times the local jurisdictions (at least here in WA state) have a lot of storm water requirements that kick in after a certain amount of square feet of the site is disturbed with new impervious surface...so thats where civil gets involved regardless of the complexity of the site bc thats state law.I stand corrected.

I believe the EPA regulation applied to installers disturbing more than 6 SF of flooring coated surfaces-in case there is lead in the coating.

Better check with yours first.Generally pose no threat as long as they are not disturbed.

If you are not disturbing then you don't have to remove it. 

In my initial offer, I requested to allow me to survey current tenants but seller denied under pretext not to disturb tenants.
