Anderson I:Hello all, I’m curious does anyone know of any lenders (banks, mortgage companies etc) that will offer a loan to an individual with poor credit?

This set up costs a lot of money, over $13,000 the first year for my 4 properties with one company (Anderson Advisors) then yearly fees after that.
