These are highly configurable and have the ability to set a temp range and lock it out so that it can't go above or below a max.I have a digital watchdog commercial grade camera system.

Apparently they said the thermostat at 77 but the room temp still reads as 80 degrees.

These are going to be mostly min wage jobs and then probably be augmented w/ a army of contract/temp employees during busy season.

Of course the first step in not getting sued is dont be negligent AND be proactive, document that there are no trip hazards, that water heater is set to factory temp, gfi's are working etc etc.

I don't think it is recommended to do concrete work if the temp will be below 40 degrees.

And I could never feel comfortable with the paint mocking me every day.But for all the people that DO have the sense to get out of the cold beware that nite temps are dipping below the 70's this week! 

It's all well and good to say "it's an asset not a liability" and all of the rest but none of that matters if the pipe bursts because of freezing temps in Ohio in the winter. 

You may be temped to buy in the hood due to the pro forma (projected) yield, but when the vacancy happens and the property needs repairs-- the extra security, break-ins, theft, etc can eat you if you don't know what you are doing.We also sell the above turn keys on those cap rates based on fair market rent rates.
