Wow not really trying to make this thread about the virtues of crypto I don’t know if it will work out or not of course it is speculative and you are right it is not a currency but that's been well understood for years its a store of value.

After talking to a local coffee shop worker I learned how many visitors came to the park each year and since then started scoping out properties mostly online.

At this point, we are three years in, and have learned that you sometimes have to have thick skin (grit) in dealing with tenants, managers, and RV site visitors; while maintaining a sense of humor and humility.

Wow, that would be the dream, but at 20 I look back and I know I would have blown it on bad investments and toys.  

They have no clue what they bought...they're just thinking, wow I can buy a lot for X.
