Of the neighbourhoods I've lived in (Ranchlands, Dalhousie, Woodlands, Banff Trail), our neighbours in Marlborough were the most friendly and chatty, and we got the most kids trick-or-treating on Halloween. 

In Starbucks this morning there were over 50 evacuees from the Thousand Oaks Hills in our Woodland Hills location and we started a conversation with a few of the neighbors.Does anyone have any idea what will happen to these homes?

I think I saw an article from one in The Woodlands that does this kind of work. 

Another real estate investor I know owns hundreds of acres of wood land, that he has selectively timbered once every 10 years.
