We are not looking to conquer real estate but just start generating some passive income I hope this finds you all well.

The $100-$300/month amount is just a generalization - but the point is, on a monthly basis you don't see a huge income per property - and you also have to absorb repair expenses and such as well.

You'll want to make sure that you use that new property long enough to establish that you had an investment intent and then changed that intent.
